Refund policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of ZHAN SHI products, all custom and made-to-order gloves are non-refundable once production has started.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Unused signature gloves may be eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

All returned items must be sent back to ZHAN SHI for inspection before any refund or exchange is approved.

ZHAN SHI reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery.
